No. It runs on the OpenAI Realtime API, which listens and speaks at the same time. It handles interruptions, pauses naturally and does not read from a script. On the demo call we play you real recordings and you judge for yourself.
It escalates. You set the rules: transfer to a human, take a message, or book a callback. Medical questions, complaints and anything about contraindications go to a human by default rather than being guessed at.
We integrate with Pabau, Fresha and Phorest for UK clinics, and with the main US med spa platforms on request. If you use something else, tell us on the call. We will confirm whether it has a usable API before you pay anything.
The chatbot starts at $350 a month. The full package with the AI voice receptionist is $897 a month. Setup is a one-off $700 to $1,000 depending on how many treatments, locations and integrations we wire up.
