Built by one person, on purpose

What I actually do

I build conversational AI for med spas, aesthetic clinics and fitness studios. The voice agent and the website chatbot are my own systems, written on the OpenAI Realtime API with Claude and OpenRouter behind them. I am not reselling a platform with a logo swapped in. When your clinic needs something changed, I change it, usually the same day, because there is no vendor between you and the person who wrote the code.

Why clinics

Clinics lose money in a very specific, very fixable way: the phone rings while every member of staff has their hands on a client, and the website sits mute while people browse it at night. Both problems are conversations, and conversations are what this generation of AI is genuinely good at. I would rather be excellent at one industry's front desk than mediocre at everyone's everything.

How I work

Short client list, held deliberately. Every agent is trained on the clinic's real treatments, prices and tone, and I read its conversations in the first weeks and tune what sounds off. You approve the script before it speaks to a client, you can read every transcript after, and you are never locked into a contract. If the system stops earning its keep, cancel it.
