This policy explains what Peak AI Agency collects when you use this website, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we store the details you give us: your name, email address, clinic name, phone number if you add one, and your message. We also record which page you sent it from. We use this to reply to you and for nothing else.

Basic server logs record IP addresses and requested pages for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we do with it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you about our services. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will do it.

Third parties

Some pages on this site link to third party tools and software. Some of those links are affiliate links, which are marked as such on the page that carries them. Following a link takes you to a site with its own privacy policy.
